1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by IPTVSelect. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service provision

IPTVSelect provides IPTV services, including access to live television channels, video-on-demand content and related services. We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

3. Terms of use

As a user, you are required to:

• Use the service for private purposes only
• Not resell or distribute content
• Not bypass technical measures
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not perform illegal activities

4. Payment and subscriptions

• Payment must be made in advance
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed
• Refunds are possible within 21 days of purchase
• Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance

5. Intellectual property

All content offered through our service is the property of the respective rights holders. Users may not copy, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit content.

6. Liability

IPTVSelect is not liable for damages arising from the use of our services, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid.

7. Termination

Both parties can terminate the agreement at any time. In case of termination by IPTVSelect due to breach of contract by the user, no refund will be given.

8. Changes

IPTVSelect reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be announced 30 days in advance and are binding unless the user cancels within this period.

9. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by UK law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the United Kingdom.
