1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern all IPTV subscription services provided by IPTVSelect through our website at iptvselect.com. By purchasing, accessing, or using our IPTV service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the subscriber) and IPTVSelect.

2. Service Description

IPTVSelect provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription services, including access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, catch-up TV, and electronic programme guide (EPG) data. Our service is delivered over an internet connection and requires a compatible device and sufficient internet bandwidth. We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation due to factors beyond our control, including your internet service provider, network congestion, and scheduled maintenance.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
  • Prices are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically
  • Automatic renewals: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment partners
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information
  • Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension until the outstanding amount is settled
  • Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will not affect your current billing period

4. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your IPTVSelect account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any Xtream Codes or M3U URLs associated with your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that have been compromised or used in violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

As a subscriber, you agree to:

  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only within your household
  • Not resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, or sublicense our IPTV streams to any third party
  • Not use the service for public screenings in pubs, hotels, restaurants, or any commercial establishment without a separate commercial licence
  • Not attempt to circumvent or bypass our encryption, authentication, DRM, or any technical protection measures
  • Not share your account credentials with individuals outside your household
  • Not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our streams, EPG data, or website
  • Not upload, distribute, or share any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose under UK law or the laws of your jurisdiction

6. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure consistent service quality for all subscribers, we implement fair usage limits on simultaneous connections as specified in your chosen plan. Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades network performance for other subscribers may result in temporary throttling or, in extreme cases, account review. Fair usage limits are applied uniformly and are clearly stated in your plan description.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through our IPTV service, including but not limited to live television channels, films, series, sports broadcasts, EPG data, and software, is the property of the respective rights holders and content owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from our service for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the respective rights holders. Unauthorised use of copyrighted content may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is detailed on our dedicated Refund Policy page. In summary: new subscribers who have used their free trial may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they have used less than 10% of the subscription period. Subscribers experiencing persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours are eligible for a full refund. Accounts terminated for violation of these terms are not eligible for refunds. Cancellation of automatic renewals can be done at any time through our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

IPTVSelect provides its service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of programming, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, including channel lineups, content availability, and feature sets. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

IPTVSelect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of our service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
