DMCA Policy

IPTVSelect respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and UK copyright law. This policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how we respond to valid takedown notices. We are committed to maintaining a service that respects the rights of content creators and rights holders.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that content available through our IPTV service or website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information as required by the DMCA and UK copyright law:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (typed signature is acceptable)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to enable us to locate the material (such as the specific channel name, stream URL, or content title)
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Submitting a DMCA Notice

Please send your copyright infringement notice to our designated contact point via our website contact page at iptvselect.com/contact. We acknowledge receipt of all valid notices within 2-3 business days and will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may share a copy of your notice with the user who posted the content, and with third parties as required by law.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted or made available through our service was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA and UK copyright law, unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the infringement within the applicable legal timeframe.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and UK copyright law, IPTVSelect maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than two valid copyright infringement notices or who has had their account terminated for copyright infringement on a prior occasion. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion based on the severity and frequency of infringement.

Good Faith / Misrepresentations

Section 512(f) of the DMCA provides that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please ensure that any notice or counter-notification you submit is accurate and made in good faith.
