Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using IPTVSelect’s IPTV subscription service. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy is designed to protect the integrity of our service, ensure a high-quality experience for all subscribers, and comply with applicable UK laws and regulations.

1. Permitted Use

IPTVSelect provides IPTV subscription services for personal, non-commercial use within the United Kingdom. You may:

  • Access live TV channels and video-on-demand content for personal viewing within your household
  • Use the service on devices you own or control, within the connection limits of your chosen plan
  • Share access within your household only — your account is intended for you and your family members living at the same address
  • Use the catch-up and EPG features to browse and schedule your viewing

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT engage in any of the following activities while using our service:

  • Resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, or sublicense our IPTV streams to any third party, whether for profit or otherwise
  • Use the service for commercial purposes, including but not limited to public screenings in pubs, bars, hotels, restaurants, gyms, or any business premises without a valid commercial licence from IPTVSelect
  • Attempt to circumvent, bypass, disable, or tamper with our encryption, authentication, digital rights management (DRM) systems, or any technical protection measures
  • Share your account credentials, Xtream Codes, M3U URLs, or login details with individuals outside your household
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or scrapers to access, extract, or monitor our streams, EPG data, channel lists, or website content
  • Upload, distribute, share, or make available any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or database rights
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose under UK law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our servers, networks, or the delivery of our service to other subscribers

3. Account Responsibility and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any access URLs or codes associated with your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. You must notify us immediately via our contact page at iptvselect.com/contact if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that have been compromised or used in violation of this Policy.

4. Fair Usage and Service Integrity

To ensure consistent, high-quality service for all subscribers, we implement reasonable fair usage limits. These limits apply to simultaneous connections (as specified in your plan), total bandwidth consumption, and connection duration. Excessive usage that negatively impacts network performance, server capacity, or the experience of other subscribers may result in temporary throttling, connection limits, or account review. Fair usage limits are applied uniformly and transparently across all plans.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor our service for violations of this Policy. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a formal written warning requiring you to cease the prohibited activity
  • Temporarily suspend your access to the service pending investigation
  • Permanently terminate your account without refund of any prepaid fees
  • Restrict access to specific channels, content, or features
  • Refer the matter to relevant UK law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy by another user, please report it to us immediately via our contact page. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and reliable service for the entire IPTVSelect community.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, UK laws, or industry best practices. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
